Don't you love Spring? I love the weather when you don't have to run your furnace or your AC, you can just open your windows and let all the fresh air in. I can't imagine living in another place but Utah. I love the change of season. I think it makes us a more optimistic people. We know that the winter will end and something better is around the corner.
The girls are loving the weather and we our spending as much time outside as possible.

When the weather gets warmer that brings projects.
We bought this swing set two years ago and it is already showing the wear and tear. Our backyard gets the afternoon sun and the sun has caused most of the damage. It had a canvas roof, but it is already faded and started ripping. Brian and I are either going to buy a new canvas roof and make sure that we protect it or build a wood one.
Brian and I decided to re-stain the swing set and hopefully it will last a little bit longer. We were only able to apply one coat and then we ran out. The bottom piece is what the set looked like before we stained it. I think it looks really great and even better when it gets a second coat.
