Recipe of the Week-Pink Fluff

This week's recipe is called Pink Fluff. This is a huge hit at any BBQ I go to and the bowl is always empty when I bring it home. I got this recipe from my sister-in-law, Julie. I have seen other versions, but I like this one the best. I don't know the true name of this salad, so we just started calling it Pink Fluff.

Pink Fluff

16 oz small curd cottage cheese

12 oz whipped topping

1 small package of banana strawberry jello or plain strawberry

2 bananas, sliced

1 lb strawberries, hulled and cut up

Mix whipped topping and jello in large bowl, fold in cottage cheese, add bananas and strawberries. Let sit in refrigerator an hour or two to set.

You can make a larger version to feed a bigger crowd by getting the largest whipped topping, cottage cheese and the big jello and add more strawberries and bananas.

You can also make different versions. Mandarin oranges, bananas and orange jello, or raspberries with raspberry jello. The options are endless.
