Jewelry for your Hair

A couple weeks ago I won a major award and it has made my life a little better and prettier.  I won Lilla Rose Flexi Clips and they are awesome!

Why they have changed my life for the better is that I have thick, curly hair and I was wearing this clip (exhibit A) for many, many years.  My old reliable is just disgusting, rusted and sticky from many hair spray applications.  Before Lilla Rose I went looking for something, anything better and came up empty, to small, to expensive, to boring.

When I did go out shopping all I could find was this "one size fits most device"(exhibit B) , it more looks like a trap than a hair accessory.  It is a not so comfortable clip and you can only fit so much hair in the thing before it would spring open or break.

Next clip I have worn once in awhile but is also not so comfortable either, is The Claw, Oooooooo(exhibit C).  Picture little green aliens from the Toy Story Movie.  Something I don't want to think of when I am trying to feel pretty doing my hair.

She looks so comfortable.  I want to hang half my head off a chair, when I am trying to relax.

Doesn't this look more comfortable and pretty at the same time?
