Apple-Berry Salsa with Cinnamon Chips

Found this recipe a couple weeks ago and I have already made it twice. Once for a friend and then I had to make it for my family and we gobbled it up in one sitting. I got this recipe from the Utah State University Extension. We had gone to get our pressure cooker gauge tested at the extension office and they gave us a newsletter and this recipe was in it. Enjoy!

Apple-Berry Salsa
2 medium Granny Smith apples, peeled and chopped
1 cup strawberries, hulled and chopped
1 kiwi, peeled and chopped (I actually did two, we love kiwi)
1/4 cup orange juice
2 Tablespoons brown sugar
Combine fruit. Stir orange juice and brown sugar together. Mix with fruit. Serve with cinnamon chips
Cinnamon Chips
2 large flour tortillas (make more because everyone loves them)
water
Cinnamon-sugar mixture
Preheat oven to 475 degrees. Brush tortillas with water. Sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture. Cut into wedges and place on cookie sheet or baking stone. Bake for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from baking sheet and place on cooling rack to cool.

This looks great! I'm hosting a birthday party on Saturday. This would make a great appetizer.
